Following an open discussion, the following motion was made and passed:

Revised SCCHEA Athletic Rules & Regulations were adopted.
Committee voted that the new Rules & Regulations would take effect immediately.
Motion made by Keith Miller.
Motion seconded by Steve Sohl.
Motion passed without opposition.

Discussion was held regarding several topics:

• Coaches Notebooks included:   Rosters & Registration Forms, Website to Report AR Christian Conference Scores, Rule Book & Rules for all organizations, Uniform Order Forms, Gate Schedule, Picture Information, Calendar and Driving Directions.
  
• Dennis Wills to call other members of conference to reschedule elementary games since we will not have an elementary boys team.
  
• State Home School Basketball Tournament Rules are just "guidelines" that are under consideration.  There will be a meeting of athletic directors and coaches this year to vote/revise the rules.
  
• T.J. Sivewright has volunteered for position of Treasurer.
  Committee prefers that separate bank accounts be kept for the Basketball and Softball programs.
  
• No practice games scheduled. Dennis Wills & Mark Clark will provide list of contacts.  Coaches responsible for scheduling of any games outside of the Arkansas Christian Conference.
