To play in the 2006 season, the player must be age 18 or younger on September 1, 2006.

I (we) do hereby pledge that I (we) have read and understand all the requirements in the SCCHEA Medical Release and Athletic Rules and Regulations (available online) and do agree to abide by all the conditions contained in them. We will ensure our child is home educated, that we have filed a letter of intent to home school with the local school district, and that he/she is passing. If my child does not maintain a satisfactory level, I will notify the coach or athletic director.
