Elementary Teams	Must turn 9 years of age before Sept 1, 2009; Can not turn 13 years of age before Sept 1, 2009.
Junior High Teams	Can not turn 16 years of age before September 1 of the current school year.
Senior High Teams	Can not turn 19 years of age before September 1 of the current school year.
	If a student has graduated, they may not play basketball.

I (we) do hereby pledge that I (we) have read and understand all the requirements in the SCCHEA Medical Release and Athletic Rules and Regulations and do agree to abide by all the conditions contained in them. The SCCHEA Athletic Rules and Regulations are available for review at http://salinecountyhomeschool.bravehost.com and should be reviewed by parents and players. We will ensure our child is home educated, that we have filed a letter of intent to home school with the local school district, and that he/she is passing. If my child does not maintain a satisfactory level, I will notify the coach or athletic director.
